I've taken Tancet MBA and ME exams. And my scores are 42.00 for MBA and 34.14 for ME. I wish i cud do my MBA. I belong to OBC. Can i get a seat in these following colleges?
1) PSG 2) Anna Univ 3)SSN

You can expect a good college for MBA than ME.
What ever be, select the college which have nice placement record.
OBC is not an issue.
For the colleges you specified, you can get into those for MBA
